I recently came across this very interesting Global Leadership Forecast 2023 from DDI | Development Dimensions International on what keeps CEOs up at night (here)... and it is all about Talent!

Then come topics around economic, innovation and product challenges.
Talent challenges are critical, in a professional environment that we already know being complex, constantly changing, where skilled leaders and experts can easily find another job. A professional environment also where younger generations' expectations revolve around flexibility, holistic development and diverse experiences.

- Advocate for the right culture ... and walk the talk at all levels of the organization!
- Seriously develop your leaders and individual contributors on soft skills (from collaboration, deep listening to problem solving and effective communication... to name a few).
- Incorporate regular feedback to constantly look for ways to improve and adapt (and not only look for people who will tell you that you do great!).
Showing you care and your organization cares, for real, not only gives you a real competitive advantage, but makes working with you an experience your teams will want to prolong, while being encouraged to give their best.
Something that should help leaders and CEOs have a better sleep :) ๐
