Last week I participated along with other experts from The Matcha Initiative to a program on #sustainability for members of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation.
Bringing the "S" from #ESG into life for participants was very enjoyable!

A few key take-away to enable the "Social" element in your business and bring virtuous social innovation:
** Faster and š³š®ššš²šæ š°šµš®š»š“š²š require you and your #hr to partner and be more agile (the emergence of mental health, AI/technology disruption and its impact on skills, generational expectations, social branding... to name a few)
** šš¶ššš²š» to your employees to understand better what THEY need. Aggregate their feedback to your action plans (yes, act on the feedback!)
** As š¹š²š®š±š²šæš (irrespective of your level in the organization or the size of your company), you can instil the change you want to see: be role models (and it does not cost you anything!)
** š§šµš¶š»šø šµš¼š¹š¶ššš¶š°š®š¹š¹š: employees (and their journey from the first contact to their exit) but also partners, providers and community to positively impact the ecosystem your company operates in
** š¦šš®šæš small, measure your progresses, engage various stakeholders, communicate.
At the end of the day, how you treat your people and give back, with sincerity and the right engagement makes your business a virtuous and responsible one. An employer of choice, truly engaged on the #sustainability journey.
And you, what will be the action you will take to enable the "S"?
