Probably not... but still ... looking at limitations can be a driver for #growth.
Looks counterintuitive but hear me out:
We all live in a finite world - there is no such thing as "no-limits".
We are limited by our resources, by our context, by our choices, by others' choices. The list of limitations can be long. Even gravity is a limitation ;)
When we experience limitations, we can either:
➡️ Try to push the boundaries, which fuels our #creativity and drives us to find different solutions to make things happen. It is about working around the limitations.
➡️ Work within the boundaries, which gives us a framework of reference within which we can explore and focus our energy on. It is about maximizing your #impact.
➡️ Challenge the limitations - are they real limitations? Or more the idea of what I think they are? It is about reframing our #mindset.
In any case, experiencing limitations can be super healthy and pushes us to be better, to knock that wall down.
Reframing your limitations is often what is takes to overcome them. It can become your #strength.
When I started my business, 4 years ago, I had a lot of (perceived or real) limitations. Reframing them, using them at my advantage, being coached and using "self-coaching" techniques helped me knock these walls down, more than what I would ever think I would be capable of.
What limitations would you like to explore and turn to your advantage?
How will it make you feel when you do?
Worth the try? :) ✨
