The Story behind EDLT.global

Every transformational journey has a starting point.

Mine was studying Medieval History at La Sorbonne in Paris — a discipline that taught me to question and look behind the official story for the unspoken dynamics and hidden relationships that actually shape outcomes.

It's still how I read organizations today.

Leadership with a Global Perspective

I could have become a museum curator.

Instead, I spent 25 years in Human Resources — working with teams across every continent, through complex transformation projects in Finance and Tech, in both high-growth and mature environments.

I relocated to Singapore, built deep cross-cultural fluency, and developed a holistic view of the People function: organizational design, talent, culture, engagement, change.

After years as an HR leader, I wanted to go further. The pace of change, the conflicting priorities, the pressure of corporate life — I watched talented leaders struggle with all of it. In 2016, I trained as an executive coach to help them cut through the noise, overcome real barriers, and lead with clarity. Coaching became my most powerful tool.

In 2021, I founded EDLT.global. From day one, I've been intentional about aligning the practice with sustainability, through what I know best: the "S" in ESG. The social dimension. The human side.

EDLT.global partners with organizations and leaders who want to do the right thing, building sustainable, ambitious, human-centered HR practices, development programs and coaching engagements.

Because when people thrive, businesses do too.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Hogan Leadership Assessment and Gallup CliftonStrengths certified, and trained as a Team Coach through GTCI and Points of You Explorer.

Originally from France, based in Singapore, and always happy to work across geographies.

Our Sustainability Engagement

At the heart of EDLT.global is the concept of building sustainable HR and leadership practices. Sustainability is about thinking long-term, creating positive ripple effects, initiating actions that last. To support our commitment, we invest in the following causes :

1 coachee = 1 tree

For every coachee we work with, we plant a tree through Handprint. We also match these contributions through via "LinkedIn-crowd founding" once a year. As of December 2025, we have planted 486 trees to contribute to the mangrove preservation in Indonesia.

The Matcha Initiative

We contribute pro-bono to The Matcha Initiative, a non-profit collective gathering B2B solutions for organizations looking to improve their sustainability.
